New and archive work from artist Julian Walker available from Cob Gallery. Julian Walker is an artist, writer and educator. His research-based art practice uses a wide range of media, to explore taxonomy, collections, and cultural history. He trained at The John Cass School and St Martins, and was a New Contemporary in 1999; public collections holding his work include the Wellcome Collection and Norwich Castle Museum and Art Gallery. He is the author of a number of books on the English language, and How To Cure The Plague; he leads workshops at the British Library, on literature, art, history, printing and the English language.
